In last quarter, SIPS School demonstrated strong academic vitality through faculty scholarship, international engagements, and student achievements. Faculty contributions included widely published articles in The Hindu, PRF World and leading policy platforms, alongside participation in global conferences in Moscow and Indo-Pacific dialogues. Faculty also served as reviewers and editorial board members for reputed international journals.

Students actively contributed to academic discourse through publications, conference presentations in India and Vietnam, internships with institutions such as NHRC and Asia Confluence, and participation in national and international conferences. Notable achievements included success in the UPSC CDS examination and fellowships in strategic and security studies. All of these activities reflect SIPS’s growing footprint in global policy debates, interdisciplinary research and student-led scholarly engagement.

  • August 20, 2025: Co-authored article with Anushka Padmanabh Antrolikar on “Breaking down the Chinese wall” in The Hindu
  • October 3, 2025: Co-authored an article with Imran Khurshid titled “Bridging Civilisations: Nalanda, India’s Connection with the East, and the Spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” at the Peninsula Foundation.

Student Activities Summary

Batch 2024–26

  • Students of the 2024–26 batch, notably Samriddhi Khandelwal and Swetang Choubey, demonstrated strong academic and professional engagement through publications in News18 and The Geojuristoday, paper presentations at an international conference on India–Vietnam Buddhist Heritage, and significant achievements, including Samriddhi Khandelwal’s success in clearing the UPSC Common Defence Services (CDS), reflecting the cohort’s scholarly rigor and excellence.

Batch 2025–27

  • Students of the 2025–27 batch, including Aarya R. P. Sardesai, Anubhuti Jain, Sumant Kumar, Sirsha Gupta, Swapnil Sainath Bhosale, Sakshi Kapoor, Deepshi Grover, Aayushman Tejas, Sayanth Sivan, and others, showcased vibrant academic and co-curricular engagement through internships with national institutions such as NHRC, publications in Blitz, paper presentations at national and international conferences, leadership roles in youth parliaments, participation in high-level lecture series, specialised training programmes, and prestigious fellowships—reflecting a strong culture of research, policy engagement, and experiential learning.

Samvidhan Diwas Observed at SIPS

26 November, 2025 | Students of SIPS observed Samvidhan Diwas with a thoughtful programme celebrating the Constitution of India and its visionary makers. The observance began with a collective reading of the Preamble, followed by discussions on its enduring relevance and a documentary tracing the Constitution’s historical journey. Air Marshal M. Matheswaran delivered the keynote address, offering insights into the Constituent Assembly debates.
