Dr Imran Khurshid

Imran Khurshid, Ph.D. is an Associate Research Fellow at the International Centre for Peace Studies (ICPS), New Delhi, an Adjunct Fellow at the Peninsula Foundation, and a Columnist for Eurasian Times. He specialises in India–U.S. strategic relations, Indo-Pacific security, and emerging technology diplomacy. His analysis has appeared in Asia Times, The Diplomat, Firstpost, Eurasian Times, The Pioneer, and in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Asian and African Studies and the Australian Journal of Maritime and Ocean Affairs.
