Dr. Rajeshwar Mukherjee

Dr. Rajeshwar Mukherjee has earned a Ph.D. degree in the interdisciplinary areas interfacing Physics and Indian Philosophy from Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit University. Ramtek. He holds a double master’s degree, M.Sc., and M.A., in the subjects Physics and Sanskrit respectively. He is specialized to teach Vedic corpus including Upanishads. Srimadbhagavadgita. Indian Philosophy. Samkhya. Yoga and Vedanta, Hindu mathematics, Ancient Indian Science. and the Science of Consciousness. from the perspective of theoretical physics.

Before joining Nalanda University, he has been working in the capacity of the Assistant Director of Research for several years at the Kaivalyadharna Research Institute. Lonavla. Pune which runs under the auspices of the Ministry of Education. Govt. or India and is recognized by the K.K. S. University. Maharashtra. He has also worked as Research Officer and lecturer there for several years. He also assumed the office of the Registrar of Kaivalyadhama Institute for three years as an additional charge.

Dr. Rajeshwar Mukherjee has also been the regular faculty at the School of Indian Heritage, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekanada University. Belur Math.

He has also worked as the Visiting Faculty of the Vedic Yigyan Kendra, Banaras Hindu University and he is also the Chairman of the Board of Studies of the Department of Yoga at HSNC University.

Dr. Rajeshwar represented the Indian thinkers in the dialogue organized by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Government of India on Quantum Reality and the Theory of Sunya. Having been invited to Copenhagen Business School. Denmark, he delivered a lecture series at an international conference organized under the umbrella of the Meditation Project. He has authored six books and more than fifteen research articles in national and international research journals. Some important books published by him are ‘Unravelling the Reality: Interface between Physics and Vedanta·.·World: The Expression of the Absolute’, ·The Quintessence of Yoga, etc. The significant book chapters authored by him and published by Springer Nature are ‘Quantum Reality and Beyond: An Exegesis in the Light of Sunya’ and ·Research Methodology: Revisiting in the Perspective of Indian Knowledge Systems’.
