M P Ram Mohan, a lawyer by training is currently an Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He is the Chairperson of Admissions, and Member of Centre for Financial and Market Economy at IIMA. Prior to IIMA, Prof. Ram Mohan has also worked as Associate Professor, Department of Policy Studies at TER School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi and as Research Faculty at Centre for Law, Technology and Development at National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. Ram Mohan works in the area of commercial and business laws, and nuclear energy and Indian Society.

For last 10 years Prof Ram Mohan is the President of Nuclear Law Association, India and Member of Nuclear Energy for Peaceful Applications Standards Setting Committee, Bureau of Indian Standards, Government of India, India Correspondent, Nuclear Law Bulletin, OECD-Nuclear Energy Agency, India Focal Point: IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law. He is also a Contributor on Nuclear Energy Safety, Yearbook of International Environmental Law, Oxford University Press.
