MoU with Kalmyk State University, Russia
18 October 2025 | Nalanda University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Kalmyk State University in the presence of senior Kalmyk officials and representatives of the Embassy of India, strengthening academic, cultural, and research collaboration rooted in shared Buddhist civilizational heritage and opening avenues for joint programmes, faculty development, and exchanges.
MoUs with Spiritual Research Institutes, Mumbai
19 October 2025 | Nalanda University entered into MoUs with India Jyot and Gitarth Ganga Spiritual Research Institute, and a landmark tripartite agreement for the preservation and global dissemination of ancient Jain manuscripts, signed in the presence of revered Jain Acharyas and Shri Mohan Bhagwat, reinforcing our commitment to Indic scholarship and civilizational studies.
MoU with Dattopant Thengadi Foundation (DTF)
9 December 2025 | Nalanda University signed an MoU with the Dattopant Thengadi Foundation to advance collaborative research on Indian Knowledge Systems, focusing on their socio-legal and economic dimensions, further strengthening university’s role in promoting sustained and meaningful scholarship in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS).
