Course Introduction:

The course will have 40 hours of teaching, which will include lectures, tests, exercises, oral practices, audio and videos from NHK and reliable websites. Although Japanese scripts (Hiragana, Katakana and basic Kanji) will be introduced, focus will be given to spoken Japanese and communicative skills. The course contents are divided into Block and Units.

Course Objectives:

• To help learner speak simple and easy Japanese, read,and write Japanese (elemenatry level) with the help of Hiragana scripts along with 100 to 150 kanjis.
• To equip the student with survival Japanese who wishes to go to Japan for short duration.
