SBSPCR extension lectures by Prof. Haramohan Mishra

The School of Buddhist Studies, Philosophy and Comparative Religions conducted a series of Extension Lectures on Kashmir Śaivism and Bodhapañcadaśīkā of Abhinavagupta which forms a module in the course ‘Comparative Readings of Religious Texts (Selections from Vaiṣvism, Śaivism and Buddhist texts) of the students of 2nd Semester of M.A. in Buddhist Studies, Philosophy and Comparative Religions. Prof. Haramohan Mishra, an exponent of the field of Kashmir Shaivism, delivered lectures on the philosophy of Kashmir Śaivism and the contribution of Abhinavagupta on 11th April 2023 and taught the text Bodhapañcadaśīkā (fifteen verses on wisdom) of Abhinavagupta on 12th and 19th April 2023. He also provided his English translations of the text Bodhapañcadaśikā to the students.
