ADMISSIONS GUIDELINES

For Apply Online:

• Fill the Online Application Form carefully.
• Upload the following documents as follows:
  1. Your recent passport size photograph
  2. Educational Qualifications to be uploaded as follows:
     For Certificate Course: PDF copy of Class XII/ Intermediate/10+2 Certificate
     For Diploma Course: PDF copy of Certificate of Proficiency in concerned subject
     For Sri Auribindo’s Philosophical Discourses: Copy of Graduation Certificate
• Ensure that you have provided all the information required and successfully uploaded the required documents.
• Pay the Course Fee through the ‘Fee Payment Link’ that is interlinked with online application.
• Finally, submit the online application form along-with the Course Fee Payment Receipt (Without Payment Receipt, your Application Form will be rejected).

• Download the Application Form.
• Fill the Application Form carefully.
• Ensure that you have provided all the required details.
• Scan and attach the copy of the Application Form along-with the following documents as follows:
  • Your recent passport size photograph
  • Educational Qualifications to be attached as follows:
    For Certificate Course: PDF copy of Class XII/ Intermediate/10+2 Certificate
    For Diploma Course: PDF copy of Certificate of Proficiency in concerned subject
    For Sri Auribindo’s Philosophical Discourses: PDF copy of Graduation Certificate

  • Please submit the PDF Application Form along-with the Course Fee Payment Receipt (Without Payment Receipt, your Application Form will be rejected).
  • Send your application form along-with Course Fee Payment Receipt to the email id: [email protected]

For Apply Offline:

• Collect the Application Form from the Reception, Nalanda University (City Campus), Near RDH High School, Chhabilapur Road, Rajgir-803116.
• Fill the Application Form carefully.
• Ensure that you have provided all the required details.
• You can submit your Application Form in A4 size envelope along with the following documents:
  1. Your recent passport size photograph
  2. Course Fee Payment Receipt (Without Payment Receipt, your Application Form will be rejected)
  3. Educational Qualifications to be uploaded as follows:
     For Certificate Course: Xerox copy of Class XII/ Intermediate/10+2 Certificate
     For Diploma Course: Xerox copy of Certificate of Proficiency in concerned subject
     For Sri Auribindo’s Philosophical Discourses: Xerox Copy of Graduation Certificate
• The Application Form to be submitted at Reception, Nalanda University (City Campus), Nearby- RDH School, Chhabilapur Road, Rajgir-803116 or can send through Speed Post/Registered Post.

In case, if you are paying the course fee through Demand Draft:

The Demand Draft should be in favour of Nalanda University, payable at Rajgir. The name of the candidate and contact number should be mentioned at the back of the Demand Draft. The Demand Draft should be submitted along with the Application form at the following address: Reception, University Interim Campus, Nalanda University, Rajgir, District Nalanda, Bihar – 803116.
