As part of the mandatory Summer Internship component, MA Economics students at Nalanda University have secured placements with leading research, regulatory, and financial institutions, including:

• Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
• Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT)
• Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER)
• NITI Aayog
• Slice Bank
• Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR)

These placements reflect the programme’s strong linkages with India’s central bank, premier economic policy thinktanks, and the financial services sector, giving students direct exposure to applied economic research and policy work along side their academic training.
